This Return & Cancellation Policy explains how Nailsnailglam handles cancellations, refunds, and adjustments for wardrobe consultation services, digital deliverables, and any physical materials supplied as part of your booking.

Consultation Cancellations

No-Show Policy

Clients who do not attend a confirmed session and fail to notify us in advance forfeit the full session fee. Future bookings may require prepayment in full.

Digital Deliverables

Lookbooks, capsule plans, measurement sheets, and other digital files are provided as bespoke creative work. Once delivered, these items are non-refundable. If you notice inaccuracies, contact us within five business days for complimentary adjustments.

Physical Materials and Sample Kits

Loaned garments, swatch kits, or accessories must be returned in their original condition within seven days unless otherwise specified. Replacement costs or cleaning fees apply for loss or damage beyond normal wear.

Workshops and Events

Tickets for group workshops can be transferred to another attendee without charge up to 24 hours before the event. Refunds are available if we cancel an event or if you withdraw at least five days beforehand.

How to Request a Refund or Reschedule

Send your request via our contact form, email, or phone with your booking reference, original session date, and preferred outcome. We respond within one business day to confirm eligibility and next steps.

Consumer Rights

This policy does not limit statutory rights under UK consumer law. If you purchased services online or over the phone, you may have additional cooling-off protections subject to applicable regulations.
